How to Stop Anxiety In 2009

Hit the play button below the video to learn how to stop anxiety in 2009! And make sure to leave me a comment below to let me know what you think.

By the way, if you choose to set up a Blogger account as I show you in the video, make sure you go to “settings,” then “permissions,” and change “Blog Readers” to “Only people I choose.” I forgot to mention that in the video, but you should do this because it means your blog will be completely private and no one else can read it.

Hi Alex, Thanks for another great Video!

Your blogger/Journal idea is great - and it works. I’ve been doing this myself for the past 3 weeks to chart my progress in following an exercise plan, which I have been doing to improve my mood. Being able to look back at the work and effort I have put in is a great motivator for me to continue. When I have days I don’t feel like making that effort, I just pick up my Journal and have a quick flick through. Being able to see the results I have achieved in relation to how I was feeling, and how I am feeling now, makes me want to work even harder and continue on the road of recovery. The beauty of it, is it is so simple to keep, and there in front of you is your record of all your success’s. I never thought about keeping one for anxiety, so now I know what I will be doing in the next half hour!

Thanks again, and hope your having a great start to this brand new year!

    Alex,
I have panic attacks associated with certain situations such as overcrowded trains, passanger in a car or even on a dentist or barber’s chair. I avoid these and other situation that i conceive may entrap me. I feel this year 2009 that I want to challenge myself by putting myself into what I consider ‘uncomfortable situations’ I shall log what happens as you suggested. Thanks for the emails and a happy and healthy new year,

    Kevin

    Alex,
I have DSL and cannot play the video all the way through either. It only plays about 2 second bursts.

Maybe you could format it for Dial-Up and DSL, in addition to the High Speed folks.

    Thanks, Sam

Its been two months i enlisted with your program, i feel great now, the freequency of feeling imbalance like walking on the boat which was everyday previously has reduced drastically, to the extent that now i feel that once in 15 days, but when i feel that again it takes time to get over it,But i feel great and motivated with the thought that where i was and where i am now.
