I wanted to thank you for this lesson. My mental health has steadily gone downhill over the last 15 years. Before that I was a DJ who was mixing in front of crowds of people. Now I’m lucky if I see a friend once in awhile. One thing that has bothered me about my situation is that I’ve been lying to people about what I’ve done all day instead of just telling the truth. I don’t want people to look at me as the psycho that I am. I just want to be “normal” (whatever that means). Sorry for the rant.
