It seems to work. I will try and use it often and let you know how it works. You are right I can use it more because it is easy and less time consuming. Thanks for the information.

    Hi Alex

I like your video’s. Only problem is I suffer from General Social Anxiety and was wondering if this would work for that? I also pratctice breathing meditation but I find that it does not help me with social situations.

hi alex… it was great and even my psychiatrist whom i had consulted had told the same thing to do to control anxiety… he had also told like anxiety disorder might go by itself after sometime as we get more confidence but according to charles linden (psychologist) anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorders can be completely cured by resetting amgdala (anxiety control part in brain which is as big as almond in size).. any suggestions on that (you can also go through http://www.lindensmethod.com to know more about it) … i would wait for your suggestion

Hi, alex thank you for the all of the help and inspiration you provide to others. I alson suffer from anxiety, however, the most unpleasen feeling I get that I have not yet been able to coupe is the tightness in my throat which sometimes it even limits me from talking and my work enviroment requires me to talk daily. Please if you can give some ideas I will appreciate it. Thank you I do not want to take any pills.

This is your best technique yet - for me, anyway. We are all different right? :) The change in focus really helps my overactive mind, while the meditation aspect is what I really need. Thanks!

I am doing all your excercises and i think they are beneficial
I am very impatient by nature and obvioulsy the results are not instant although i always look for instant results, how long do you think it will take to really spot a difference.

I suffer from GAD and as result get dizzy spells for most of the day.

    Hi Alex,
You were recommended to me by a kind soul on an anxiety forum. It has all been very helpful, thanks you. just another comment…I am amazed I have not yet been requested to buy anything…
Are you truly an altruist in this commercial world?
    kind regards
    Helen

Many thanks Alex, haven’t tried your method yet but it sounds quite easy to implement. You know the funniest is that there’s people who have good days and bad days. Us the anxiety sufferers we only have bad days and worse days. Well Alex you just made my day a little less bad so thank you.

Hey Alex, great work your doing and I definitely liked this one a lot.

On another note - Do you have any info on how weather changes can effect symptoms of stress and how to deal with this? I recently moved to a new country and the winters and autumns here kill me! I am virtually symptom free for the other half of the year!!

    Thank you so much

Thank you. I tried this exercise and it worked amazingly well for me. I am so grateful to you for taking the time to publish it. Why are you doing this??

I used the exercise in the middle of a panic attack and I now feel calm and completely refreshed.

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
