Natural Anxiety Relief Podcast

November 25, 2008 by Alex Taylor · 2 Comments

Natural anxiety relief is what we’re all after, right? An option that doesn’t depend on drugs, and one that doesn’t even depend on many of the traditional “therapy-based” solutions that prove so unhelpful for so many of us.

That’s what my video “How To Turn Off Your Mental Autopilot” was about. And now I’ve made a podcast version too, which you’ll find below. Just hit the play button to listen in!

I think the ideas I talk about in this podcast could really help you, especially if, as I said, you’re looking for natural anxiety relief.

Down below you’ll find the audio that’s taken directly from this week’s video, “3 Things To Avoid.”

This is something that I believe can be excellent in fighting off severe panic attacks, and it’s something I’ve used myself on a regular basis to help my own problems with anxiety.

Severe panic attacks can be beaten, and I hope you’ll give the ideas in this audio a try.

Okay, hit the play button to get started!

If you’d rather watch the video or read the PDF version of this audio, then you’ll find access to both of them below.

The Highlights Effect Podcast

November 7, 2008 by Alex Taylor · 1 Comment

Below you’ll find the audio that’s taken from my “Highlights Effect” video. This video is one of the best panic attack treatments I’ve come across, mainly because it works so fast and you can be up and running in under 5 minutes.

It’s based on the very simple idea of using highlights in your day or week (the times you enjoy the most) as a focal point during those times when you’re not doing so good.

It’s actually far more effective than that makes it sound. So give it a shot! Panic attack treatments that are quick, simple, and effective are hard to come by - this is one of the few great ones.
