Natural anxiety relief is what we’re all after, right? An option that doesn’t depend on drugs, and one that doesn’t even depend on many of the traditional “therapy-based” solutions that prove so unhelpful for so many of us.

That’s what my video “How To Turn Off Your Mental Autopilot” was about. And now I’ve made a podcast version too, which you’ll find below. Just hit the play button to listen in!

I think the ideas I talk about in this podcast could really help you, especially if, as I said, you’re looking for natural anxiety relief.

Feel free to comment below after you listen, or check out the original video version, or the PDF version at the links below:

Anxiety relief is something that’s not always easy to find. But one of the best approaches I’ve found is to start to slowly eliminate the trivial thoughts we have that have the potential to lead to true anxiety. In the short-term, this can provide anxiety relief. And in the long-term, this can stop many panic attacks from ever happening in the first place.

In this video, I share some ideas with you that I’ve used myself to stop many of these unwanted and potentially harmful thoughts. These are very simple ideas, but ones that really do have the potential to put a stop to many of these unpleasant thoughts.

And hopefully, after watching, anxiety relief will be one step closer! Also, please feel free to comment in the box below.

And finally, just in case you have any problems playing the video, I’ve put links below to the digital book and podcast versions:
